摘要 随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入,高等教育大众化、办学主体多元化等各种变革给高校学生管理工作带来了许多新的问题。高校传统的学生管理模式越来越不适应教育服务国际化的办学趋势。其深层动因在于柔性管理理念隐匿而产生的存在性危机。因此,柔性管理理念的澄明及复归是走出高校学生管理工作困境的关键。管理制度柔性化的培育为柔性管理理念复归开辟了路径,而柔性管理理念复归与重塑的要义在于对"以人为本"的理念和大学人文精神的捍卫与超越。 As the reform of higher education is being furthered, the changes, such as popularization of higher education, diversification of sponsors, have caused many problems for the student-management work in universities. The traditional student-management has been more and more unsuitable for the tendency of internationalized education service. The deeply-rooted reason is that the invisibility of mild management idea has caused the crisis of existence. Therefore, the clarification and return of mild management idea is the key for universities to deal with the trouble of student-management work. The development of mild management system has set approaches for mild management idea to return, while the key for the return and re-establishment is to protect and surpass the idea of people-orientation as well as the humanistic spirit in universities.
