摘要
目的总结各种上尿路手术放置双J管后发热的诊治体会.方法回顾性分析2010年7月至2011年12月各种上尿路手术放置双J管后15例持续发热患者的临床资料.结果 12例发热患者为细菌黏附形成生物膜所致,1例为双J管材质及患者的个体特点而发热,1例为双J管脱落堵塞输尿管开口而发热,1例为肾包膜下继发血肿引起发热.所有患者经对症处理,均得到有效控制痊愈出院.结论细菌黏附生物膜形成是各种放置双J管术后发热的常见原因,返流为重要的诱因.合理应用抗生素是最主要的治疗措施,必要时应用外科处理.
Objective To analyze the reason and treatment of occurred fever of patients with double-J ureteral stents after upper urinary surgery.Method We reviewed the clinical data of 15 patients who indwelling double-J ureteral stents occurred persistent fever after operation from July 2010 to Dec 2011.Results The cause of fever was bacterial adhesion to the formation of biofilm in 12 cases,double-J ureteral stents material and individual characteristics of patients in 1 case,double-J ureteral stents fall off to ureteral orifice in 1 case,renal subcapsular hematoma formation in 1 case.With positive treatment,all patients were effectively controlled and cured.Conclusions The fever is a common complication of a variety of double-J ureteral stents after upper urinary surgery,and the common reason is the bacterial adhesion of biofilm formation,reflux is the important incentive.Rational use of antibiotics is the most important therapeutic measure,if necessary,the surgical treatment should be applied.
