摘要
目的了解大负荷训练期间女子散打运动员生理生化指标的变化规律,同时选择敏感的监控指标,为完善女子散打运动员大负荷训练阶段机能监控体系提供参考.方法对备战09年全运会的7名上海女子散打运动员大负荷训练期间部分生化指标进行监测,运用实验法与数理统计法,探寻其各指标波动特点,并确定机能监控的敏感指标.结果 Hb先下降后升高,RBC、RDW-CV和HCT先升高后下降并在第3周达到稳定水平;BUN呈现明显的高低交替出现的变化特点,CK在第5周晨出现显著升高;T和T/C呈现先下降后上升的变化趋势,C呈持续升高的趋势;免疫指标波动不显著.结论大负荷训练导致女子散打运动员Hb下降,训练初期RBC升高可能与训练导致红细胞在体内重新分布有关;BUN保持较低水平,对训练量敏感,变化节奏明显;CK保持在较高水平,对训练强度敏感,个体差异较大;T可以较敏感地反映运动员对训练负荷的适应情况,C可以较敏感地反映运动员的疲劳积累情况;WBC和免疫球蛋白对训练刺激的反映不敏感.
Objective To explore the changing characteristics of various biochemical indexes of female Sanda athletes during heavy load training period.Methods The various biochemical indexes of seven female Shanghai Sanda athletes were measured during heavy load training period leading up to the 2009 National Games.The changing characteristics of biochemical indexes were explored and the sensitive indexes for function monitoring were found by experiment and mathematical statistics.Results Hb first decreased and then increased,and RBC,RDW-Cv and HCT first decreased and then increased and reached a plateau in the 3rd week.BUN showed apparent changing characteristics of alternating between high and low levels and CK increased significantly in the early morning of the 5th week.T and T/C first decreased and then increased,and C increasingly rose.Immune indexes changed very little.Conclusions Heavy load training can lead to a decrease of Hb level,and the increase of RBC at the beginning of the training period may be correlated to the re-distribution of Red Blood Cells caused by training stimulation.BU maintains at a comparatively low level and is sensitive to training volume and rhythm.CK maintains at a comparatively high level and is sensitive to training intensity and individual variation is significant.T could sensitively reflect the adaptation level of athletes to training load,and C could sensitively reflect the fatigueaccumulation level of athletes.WBC and Immunoglobulin is not sensitive to training load.
