摘要
目的:分析观察福利机构0～3岁孤残儿童体格发育情况,研究相关因素,探索更科学、合理、实用的方法促进儿童生长发育。方法:在我院入院满45天的孤残儿童中,选取日常生活正常,无特殊治疗需要,原发疾病病情稳定,不严重影响体格发育的0～3岁儿童540名作为研究对象。结果:测量数据显示我院0～3岁孤残儿童体格发育与2005年九市城区3岁以下男、女童身高体重测量值相比较均与低于2～3个标准差的曲线大致相符合。结论:福利机构孤残儿童体格发育落后于正常儿童,在保证营养的基础上,应探索更多相关因素促进孤残儿童的生长发育。
Objective：To investigate the factors related to the growth and development of orphans and disabled children, and explore more scientific and suitable methods of improving growth and development of child. Methods ：540, 0 ～ 3 years old normal chil- dren, with no special treatment needed or with stable primary disease which has no significantly effect on growth, were selected as re search population among orphans and disabled children over 45 day old. Results ： Data shown that the height and body weight, both for male and female of 0～ 3 year old orphans and disabled children in our institution, are lower by two three standard deviation compared to the data of children below 3 years old in nine cities in 2005, respectively. Conclusions： The physical development of orphan and disabled children in welfare institutions is lower than normal children. In addition to adequate nutrition, it is necessary to explore more related factors to improve the growth and development of orphans and disabled children.
