摘要
在当前的检察文化理论研究中,描述性的检察文化内涵、经验化的多元"线型"检察文化结构模式、单纯的检察文化性质界定,导致检察文化理论与实践的偏差性以及检察文化建设实践的泛化和简单化。应当从整体上把握检察文化,对检察文化的内涵作规范性的建构,以"三元二维"平面模式解读检察文化的构成,突出强调检察文化的法律性、管理性和社会性,从文化价值和文化模式两个维度,紧密围绕建设"检察理念与知识体系""检察管理文化"和"检察公众文化"展开检察文化建设实践。
In the current theoretical study of the culture of prosecution,a descriptive connotation of the culture of prosecution,an experiential multivariate linear structural patterns of the culture of prosecution and a simple definition of the nature of the culture of prosecution have led to deviation of theory and practice of the culture of prosecution and have resulted in generalization and simplification of practice of the culture of prosecution.Culture of prosecution should be grasped on the whole.We should make normative construction on the connotation of the culture of prosecution,depending on ＂planar pattern of the trinity and dualism＂ to interpret the composition of the culture of prosecution,highlighting legal and managerial and social nature of culture of prosecution.We should also spread the culture practice on ＂Procuratorial ideas and knowledge system＂,＂Procuratorial managerial culture＂ and ＂public Culture of Prosecution＂ in two dimensions of cultural value and cultural patterns.
