摘要
目的探讨并建立BECKMAN DXC800自动生化分析仪携带污染的纠正措施。方法以血清总蛋白与血清铜离子项目间的携带污染为例,通过初步分析样品针及搅拌棒携带污染、比色杯携带污染、试剂针携带污染的状况,检出污染源,并作出相应处理后进行有效性验证。结果样品针及搅拌棒、比色杯、试剂针的携带污染率分别为0.81%、-0.41%、186.5%,所以试剂针的携带污染为污染源,对其处理后的携带污染率为0.81%,满足实验室要求。结论建立的BECK-MAN DXC800生化仪分析携带污染的纠正措施可行且有效。
Objective To explore and establish the corrective procedure to deal with the carry-over of BECKMAN DXC800 automatic biochemistry analyzer. Methods To reduce the carry-over between serum total protein(TP) and serum Cu2+ , the carry-over test of sample probes and muddlers, cuvettes, reagent probes were carried out in series, to find out pollution source ,then corresponding treatment and verification were made. Results The carry-over of sample probes and muddlers, cuvettes, reagent probes were 0. 81%, -- 0. 41%, 186.5%, respectively. So the pollution source was reagent probe. The carry-over of reagent probe was 0. 81% after treatment which met the quality aim of our laboratory. Conclu- sion The corrective measures to carry-over of BECKMAN DXC8000 biochemical analysis are feasible and effective.
