摘要
将低温等离子体预处理后的织物在超声波环境中采用生物酶技术退浆,优化了超声波处理工艺:超声波功率180 W,处理温度50℃,处理时间40 min;并与超声波生物酶工艺进行比较,结果表明:新工艺的组合不但能够达到良好的退浆效果,而且加工过程较超声波生物酶工艺更节能环保.
Low temperature plasma pretreated fabric was desized using enzyme technology under sonica tion.The ultrasonic process was optimized: 180 W of ultrasonic power,treated at 50 ℃ for 40 min,which was also compared with ultrasonic enzyme technology.The results showed that the new combination technology could not only obtain good desizing effect and the processing was more energy-saving and environmental pro tective than the ultrasonic enzyme process.
