摘要
目的了解笔者所在医院门诊处方实施《抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动方案》前后的变化,为医院抗生素的合理应用提供参考。方法利用医院药品电子管理系统,抽取2011年4～11月,每月5日、15日、25日的门诊处方进行统计分析,开展处方点评、患者跟踪随访等。结果笔者所在医院实施《抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动方案》后,抗菌药不合理使用率从2011年4月的8.2%下降到2011年11月的1.4%,抗菌药物使用率从2011年4月的81.9%下降到2011年11月38.1%。结论通过对抗菌药的临床应用进行专项整治,笔者所在医院有效地降低了抗菌药物使用率、抗菌药物不合理使用率,有效地防止了抗菌素的滥用。
Objective To learn the outpatient prescription＇s change by on belore and alter implementation ot The spectat rectifi＇cation activities program of the antibiotics clinical application in our hospital.And to provide reference for the rational application of antibiotics in our hospitals. Methods Using the hospital＇s electronic management system,to select outpatient prescription statistics and analyses on 5th,15th and 25th of each month from April 2011 to November 2011.To comment prescriptions and track follow-up of patients. Results After implementation of The special rectification activities program of the antibiotics clinical application in our hospital,the unreasonable utilization rate of antibacterial drug decreased from 8.2% in April 2011 to 1.4% in November 2011,and utilization rate of antibacterial drug decreased from 81.9% in April 2011 to 38.1% in November 2011. Conclusion Implementation of The special rectification activities program of the antibiotics clinical application effectively reduced the using rate and unreasonable utilization rate of antibacterial drug,and effectively prevented the abuse of antibiotics in our hospital.
