摘要
稳燃与结渣是电站燃煤锅炉客观存在着的一对矛盾,随着我国电力工业的迅速发展,迫切需要大容量发电机组参与调峰,如何解决好调峰机组低负荷稳燃和高负荷不结渣的问题,即自适应性问题,显得十分突出,本文从机理上分别阐述了低负荷稳燃及高负荷结渣问题产生的原因和解决途径,最后,用实例说明了电站锅炉实际存在的稳燃与结渣这对矛盾及解决措施,对电站燃煤锅炉的安全经济运行具有指导意义。
Flame stability and slagging is a paradox in coal fired utility boiler. With the development of power industry, large capacity power unit should take part in modulating electric peak. It is an outstanding problem how to solve problems of flame stability in low load and slagging in high load. In this paper the reasons and solutions for the paradox between flame stability and slagging are developed theoretically.Finally examples are given. A new type burner is developed to keep flame stable in low load and slagging prevented in high load.
