摘要
采用施加背压的等通道转角挤压技术,分别在180、200和220℃挤压温度下,对ZK60镁合金,进行了四道次挤压。并以1.67×10-3s-1的应变速率,对所得挤压件进行了不同温度的拉伸试验。通过拉伸试验及断口形貌分析,探讨不同温度ECAP对ZK60镁合金力学性能的影响。
ZK60 Mg alloy was processed by four passes of equal channel angular pressing with back pressure at the extrusion temperatures of 180 ℃, 200 ℃ and 220 ℃. Tensile test was conducted to the specimens at different temperatures at a strain rate of 1.67×10^-13s^-1. By the analysis of the tensile test and the fracture morphology, the influence of different ECAP temperatures on the mechanical properties of ZK60 Mg alloy was discussed.
