摘要
目的:探讨多糖铁复合物治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床疗效和安全性。方法:应用多糖铁复合物治疗缺铁性贫血孕妇300例共4周,观察治疗前后患者的临床症状,比较贫血指标:红细胞计数、血红蛋白及血细胞比容的变化,记录副反应发生情况。结果:服用多糖铁复合物4周后,患者贫血症状明显改善,红细胞计数、血红蛋白及血细胞比容均较用药前有不同程度升高(P<0.01),总有效率达94.3%,副反应发生率较低。结论:多糖铁复合物对妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者疗效肯定,副反应轻,依从性好,是治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血理想的口服铁剂。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of polysaccharide iron complex（PIC） to treat pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia（IDA）.Methods：300 pregnant women with IDA were treated with PIC for 4 weeks.Then the clinical symptom、red blood cell count（RBC） 、 hemoglobin（Hb） 、haematocri（tHCT）and adverse effect were observed both pre and post treatment respectively.Results：Treated for 4 weeks,the clinical symptom were apparently improved,the RBC、Hb and HCT of blood were increased（P〈0.01）,and the ratio of adverse effect were rarely.Conclusion：The curative effect of PIC to treat pregnant women with IDA is good and its adverse effect is lower,which is an excellent medicine to treat the disease.
