秦山核电站汽机房“H”、“”型钢柱的制作难点是保证焊缝全焊透质量、控制焊接变形量及孔群尺寸,本文介绍其焊接方法、工艺流程及控制扭曲变形的主要环节。
The diffculty in manufacturing H and M type steel columns for steam turbine house of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant is to ensure full penetration quality of welds and control welding deformation and size of holes. welding methods, process flow and main points in controlling twist distortion are presented.
