多囊卵巢综合症合并妊娠55例围产结局分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:研究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)合并妊娠对围产结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析155例孕妇的病例资料,比较两组间及组内妊娠期情况及围产结局。结果:PCOS组孕妇TG、LDL水平明显升高,妊娠期高血压疾病、产后出血发生率、糖代谢异常、产后出血、巨大儿的发病率显著高于正常组。结论:PCOS孕妇并发妊娠期高血压和糖代谢异常的风险高,特别是胰岛素抵抗(IR),增加了早产、产后出血等不良围产结局的危险。产科医生应重视对PCOS合并妊娠孕妇血压、血糖等代谢指标的监测。
