摘要
高职院校思想政治工作日益复杂,辅导员作为大学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的工作者、组织者和指导者,在工作中需要具备多方面的知识和技能。然而我国高职院校在辅导员队伍建设方面还存在一定的缺失,造成高职院校辅导员的现有素质、能力还未达到应有的水平,严重阻碍了学生思想政治工作的有效开展。通过对高职辅导员的"互学"培养机制进行研究,探索了高职院校辅导员队伍的一条建设途径。
In view of the new challenges facing the current ideological education of students and the quality of counselors in higher vocational colleges,the paper proposed a research on mechanism of mutual-learning among counselors to help explore a new way to build the team of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
