摘要
从张謇、黄炎培和陶行知三位教育家关于职业素质的阐释出发,提出了培育高职生职业素质必须立德为纲、敬业为基、实践为本的观点。
Based on an introduction to career competence defined respectively by Zhang Jian,Huang Yanpei and Tao Xingzhi,three famous educators in modern China,the paper suggests that cultivating career competence of higher vocational college students should be practice-oriented,and be based upon moral fostering and professional dedication.
