摘要
电子阅览室是图书馆的服务窗口,是向师生员工提供服务的重要部门,其稳定的运营是图书馆良好形象的展现.但电子阅览室的设备会由于各种原因出现故障,从而影响了服务质量.基于硬软件等多方面的综合考虑提出了图书馆电子阅览室的快速维护方案,并通过实践验证了方案的可行性.
Electronic reading room is the window of library service and an important sector to provide services for students and the staff,the stable operation of which shows a good image of the library.However the computers in E-reading room usually break down due to different reasons,affecting the quality of the services provided.To solve the problem the paper proposed a rapid maintenance program based on a comprehensive consideration of the hardware and software.Practical application verified the feasibility of the program.
