摘要
药物化学实验是制药工程专业的重要课程,目前课程的开设主要以验证性实验为主,在一定程度上影响了学生实验水平和综合素质的提高。在实验课程的最后一周开设阿司匹林合成的设计性实验,激发学生的科学实验的兴趣和热情,使其变被动接受实验操作流程向主动探索、创新性实验转变,为学生进入毕业课题和研究生阶段学习奠定基础。
Pharmaceutical chemistry experiment is an important course of pharmaceutical engineering specialty.Most experiments are confirmatory laboratory-based till now,which curb the improvement of student＇s research capabilities and comprehensive quality.To stimulate students＇ scientific experiment interest and enthusiasm,Aspirin synthesis design experiment was opened in the course of the last week.It made students from passive to accept experimental operation flow into the active exploration and innovative experiment change and laid a solid foundation for students to enter graduation topics and Graduate stage learning.
