低氢焊条抗潮防护的控氢措施与研究方向

Research Progress and Development Trend of Water-resistant Low Hydrogen Electrode

摘要 焊条吸潮将会增加焊缝氢脆、气孔、冷裂纹等缺陷,对焊条进行抗吸潮处理,减少熔敷金属的扩散氢含量是当前的重点研究课题之一。对低氢焊条吸潮的原因进行了探讨,分析了扩散氢的来源和危害,总结了目前低氢焊条研究的现状和常用控制扩散氢的措施,介绍了低氢焊条抗潮防护研究的发展方向。 Absorbing moisture of electrode coating will increase the diffusible hydrogen of deposited metal in weld joint,causing the weld defects such as cold crack,embrittlement and porosity.In view of this,improving the moisture resistance of the electrodes has become a pressing project need to be solved in the process of developing low hydrogen electrode.The methods,principle and factors influencing of diffusible hydrogen are discussed.With the research work of scholars,an overview of influence of absorbing moisture of the low hydrogen electrode is given.The research achievements and development trend are illustrated,and the summary and prospect are presented finally.
