摘要
该文考虑了d电子t2g轨道和eg 轨道局域性差别的影响 ,并计及Racah参量A对光谱跃迁的贡献 ,导出了 3d7电子组态在Td 对称下的哈密顿矩阵公式 .从理论上研究了Co2 + :MgGa2 Se4 中Co2 + 离子的吸收光谱 ,理论结果与实验结果吻合很好 .
In this paper,by considering the difference between the t 2g and e g orbits of the d electrons,and the contribution of Racah param eter A to spectra transition as well,we derive the Hamilton matrix o f 3d-7 ion in T d symmetry.Based on this matrix,the optical absorption spectra of Co- 2+ doped MgGa 2Se 4 is studied.The results agree with the experime ntal data very well.
