摘要
文章采用三点检验法对食醋进行了差别检验,结果表明,该方法能评定出食醋之间的差别,适合于食醋的感官差别检验。
In this paper, triangle test method was adopted to do the difference in test of vinegar. The result showed that this method could evaluate difference of vinegar, and be suitable for sensory evalua- tion in the vinegar.
