摘要
顶岗实习是高等职业教育实践性教学的重要组成部分,在应用型人才培养中起着十分重要的作用.本文旨在结合农学类专业特点,对顶岗实习期间可能出现的问题进行分析探讨,为完善顶岗实习工作和应用型专业人才的培养提供基础.
This paper attempts to discuss the problems that may occur in the internship according to the agronomy characteristics, and to provide the basis of perfecting the internship work.
