摘要
为研究4,4'-二羟基-2-甲氧基-二苯甲酮-6-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的构效关系,合成生物活性更高的化合物,以4,4'-二羟基-2-甲氧基-二苯甲酮-6-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷为先导化合物,通过对其进行选择性保护,酸水解,设计合成了9个衍生物,并通过IR,NMR和MS等谱图数据对其化学结构进行了结构表征,发现了4,4'-二羟基-2-甲氧基-二苯甲酮-6-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷衍生物的合成的一条捷径.
In order to study the structure-activity relationship of 4, 4"-dihydroxy-2-anisyl- benzophenone '5'oxide-β-D-glucoside derivatives, nine new compounds were synthesized via protection and hydrolyse. The structures of 4, 4"--dihydroxy-2-anisyl- benzophenone :5-oxide-β-D-glucoside derivatives were confirmed by IR, NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. This finding prospects to provide a short cut to the synthesis of 4, 4"-dihydroxy-2-anisyl- benzophenone -5-oxide-β-D-glucoside derivatives.
