一种新型棒式超声工具杆的理论研究及有限元模拟

摘要 本文研究了一种新型棒式超声工具杆的振动特性.该工具杆由粗段和细段组成.根据一维等截面细杆纵向振动的理论,推导出了工具杆的共振频率方程.利用有限元软件ANSYS对一组工具杆进行了模态分析,计算出了共振频率及振动位移分布曲线,结果表明,理论值与模拟值符合很好.文中最后给出了此类工具杆设计的一般规律. A new clubbed ultrasonic working tool is studied in this paper, which consists of some thick parts and some thin parts. According to the one-dimensional longitudinal vibration of the thin rod, the resonance frequency equation of the working tool is deduced. A set of working tools are analyzed by the finite element software ANSYS, the resonance frequencies and the displacement distribution are obtained. The theoretical results and the results analyzed via ANSYS are in good agreement with each other. The attentions for designing the working tools are given at the end of this paper.
