摘要 介绍了1台新型双主轴双刀架精密数控车铣复合加工中心。详细阐述了加工中心机械主体结构及主要技术参数,建立了加工中心的有限元模型并进行了模态分析,给出了其五阶固有频率和固有振型,并对机床进行了模态分析试验。最后总结了该加工中心开发过程中的相关难点及解决方案。 It introduces a novel double -axis double -rest CNC milling & turning center, gives the detail about the main mechanical structure and technical parameters of the machining center. Based on the finite element method it establishes the marching center modal and carries out simulation analysis, obtains the 5 orders' nature frequency and vibration modes of the machining center. It proposes the techniquel and solutions in the course of the machining center developing.
