摘要
随着《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》关于发展县域经济规划的制定,县域经济发展面临着新的机遇和挑战。在改革进入纵深阶段的新形势下,怎样扬长避短地推动县域经济在经济社会与体制机制创新中实现跨域发展,是当前和今后一个时期破解发展县域经济问题的新要求、新内容。因此,有必要对县域经济运行的相关机理进行深入研究和探讨,进而形成县域经济发展的优先导向和科学选择。
With the People＇s Republic of China national economic and social development of ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ make the designation of the county economic planning,the development of county economy is facing new opportunities and challenges.Under the new situation of reform into depth stage,how to avoid weaknesses to promote cross-domain development of county economy in the economic and social and institutional innovation are the current and future periods to crack the problem of the development of county economy,new requirements and new content.Therefore,it is necessary to make study in-depth and explore the related mechanism of the county economy running,and thus forms a county economic development priority-oriented and scientific choice.
