摘要
一线员工队伍不稳定有社会影响的因素、内部人为因素和员工自身因素。要稳定一线员工队伍应充分利用各种会议,认真开展好形势任务教育;利用各种主题活动,引导员工积极参与其中;利用各种媒体,加大宣传教育力度。对一线员工,要正面激励,坚定不移多管齐下保稳定,可以有意培养,导向稳人;真心帮扶,感动稳人;落实包保,责任稳人;关爱家庭,亲情稳人;个案剖析,教育稳人;队务公开,阳光稳人;丰富生活,环境稳人;竭力疏导,驱乌稳人;宽宏大量,感化稳人;畅通渠道,顺气稳人;弘扬正气,强势稳人;加强学习,素质稳人。
In this paper,the causes of disharmony among workers on production lines are categorized as social factors,influence from others and self-made problems.To calm the workers on the factory floor,companies should make use of various meetings to enlighten them on the urgency and significance of their work,involve workers in all kinds of activities and step up education of work ethics through media.This paper also illustrates some important note regarding the dealing with factory floor workers such as giving more encouragement,tending to their needs,assigning explicit responsibilities to each worker,taking good care of their families,setting up models to look up to,making no concealings in work memos,holding various activities to bring vitality into the dull work,timely spotting and solving the potential dispute,influencing workers with generosity and integrity,listening to workers’ voices and last but not least taking the lead in improving qualifications of all respects so that the workers will follow suit voluntarily.
