摘要
复混肥中的磷经柠檬酸铵溶液浸取 ,在硝酸介质中 ,正磷酸盐与钼酸铵及偏钒酸铵反应 ,生成黄色配合物 .在 42 0 nm处 ,用差示法测定吸光度 ,从而求得磷含量 .
In this paper,the process of determining the content of phosphorus using Phospho\|vanado\|molybdate method is reported.The phosphorus in mixed fertilizers is extracted via neutral ammonium citrate solution and reacting with ammonium molybdate(in HNO 3 solution)to produce a yellow complex substance.The content of phosphorus is determined by differential spectrophotometry at 420nm.\;
