摘要
当前国家正在开展农村集体土地确权登记发证工作,其中集体土地所有权界址点测量是该项工作的关键环节.界址点坐标测量精度如何保障,怎样才能做到既满足精度又科学合理,对于整个工作的进度影响尤为重要.对所有权界址点测量的精度要求、精度影响、测量方法等进行了初步探析,对目前正在开展的该项工作有指导和借鉴作用.
Recently, our country is carrying out the confirmation, the registration and the certification of the rural collective land own- ership, in which boundary point survey of the collective land ownership land is the key part. How to guarantee the survey accuracy of boundary point coordinates is particularly important for the progress of the entire work. In this paper, the accuracy requirement, accu- racy effect and its survey method of boundary point survey of land ownership are preliminarily analyzed, and this has a directive and re- ferable effect on the current work being carried out.
