摘要
实验室是民办高校实现培养应用型人才目标的重要场所和必备条件,实验室管理水平是决定该目标能否实现的关键。分析了民办高校实验室管理存在的问题,从实验室管理体制、实验室日常工作管理、实验技术队伍建设等方面对加强实验室管理进行了探讨,以期建立符合民办高校办学特色的实验室管理方法。
Laboratories in private universities are important places and a prerequisite for the realization of the aim of talent cultivation. The management level of the laboratories is the key to the realization of the aim. This paper analyzes the problems in laboratory management in private universities including laboratory management system, laboratory daily work management and construction of laboratory technician teams, in order to establish a set of laboratory management methods in accordance with the characteristics of private universities.
