摘要
分析了采用组态王模拟机电对象建立PLC实验系统的优势,采用这种思路,构建了PLC电梯实验系统,不仅可以模拟实际电梯系统和设备的运行和操作过程,还可与实际电梯连接而完成监控功能。实验系统界面形象,操作简单,能满足学生在实验室进行PLC控制大型机电对象实验和实验进课堂的要求,是一种合理、可推广的实验系统。
Based on the analysis of the advantages of PLC experiment system aided by King View Software simulating electromechanical object,a PLC elevator experiment system is built,which can not only simulate the running and operation of the elevator system,but also function as a monitor when connected to a real elevator.This system can vividly visualized the running and operation of the elevator system and can be operated in a simple way,which enables the students to do large electromeehanical experiments with PLC controlling in the laboratory and meets the demand of doing experiments in classrooms as well,thus it is a practical and applicable experimental system.
