摘要
采用常规空气干燥法制备骨髓细胞染色体标本 ,分析了雀形目 6种鸟的核型 ,其中白腰文鸟和斑文鸟为国内首次报道 ,并与已报道的资料进行比较 .结果表明 :近缘种间及属间核型差异不大 ,这些差异主要是由臂间倒位导致着丝点位置的改变而形成的 ,从而支持了鸟类核型在进化过程中有较强的保守性这一观点 .
The karyotypes of 6 species of Passerine birds, from bone marrow cells with colchcine-hypotoicn-air drying technique, were studied and compared with the data reported before. The result showed that the difference of karyotypes between relative species or genera was not obvious. The differences were mainly due to the change of centrometric position which was caused by the pericertric inversion. Therefore , the results again proved the hypothesis that bird karyotypes is exceedingly conservative in the course of evolution .
