摘要
为了解水刺非织造布中纤维的缠结情况,以普通涤纶和水刺专用高亲水涤纶为研究对象,对从水刺非织造布中抽拔单根纤维的抽拔行为进行了研究,并测试了梳理纤网中纤维的抱合力。试验发现:水刺非织造布中纤维抽拔力越大,抽拔时断纤维的百分数就越高,水刺非织造布的强力越大,说明纤维抽拔力可以用来衡量水刺非织造布中纤维的缠结效果;梳理纤网的拉伸强力可以间接反映纤维抱合力,纤维间的抱合力越大,水刺过程中纤维缠结程度越高,则制得的水刺非织造布的强力越大。
For knowledge of fiber entanglement in spunlaced nonwovens, basing on the general polyester and high hydrophilic polyester specialist for spunlaee as study object, the pulling-out behavior of single fiber from spunlaced nonwovens was studied and analyzed the stress situation of the entanglement fiber. It was found that the bigger of the pulling-out force, the more fibers were broken, and the higher the strength of spunlaced nonwovens, that the pulling-out force could be use to characterize the fiber entan- glement effect in spunlaeed nonwovens. Moreover, the stretch strength of the carding web was relative to the fiber entanglement force, the higher the fiber entanglement degree, the higher the entanglement force, and the higher the strength of the spunlaeed nonwovens could be made.
