阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者血浆中HSP70、HSF1的影响

摘要 目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆中HSP70、HSF1的影响。方法:选取正常者39例,阿托伐他汀治疗组48例,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定样本血浆中HSP70、HSF1表达的变化。结果:(1)给药前,阿托伐他汀治疗组血浆中HSP70、HSF1表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)给药后,阿托伐他汀治疗组患者血浆中HSP70、HSF1表达较给药前升高明显(P<0.01)。结论:阿托伐他汀可通过诱导HSP70表达增多发挥抗ACS作用。 Objective:To study the influence of atorvastatin on plasma HSP70 and HSF1 in patients with cute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods:Patients were divided into normal control group (39) and ACS group(48). Plasma levels of HSP70 and HSF1 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosurbent assay. Results:Plasma levels of HSP70 and HSF1 of ACS group were higher than those of normal control group both before and after the treatment, plasma levels of HSP70 and HSF1 in ACS group were significantly increased after treatment (P〈0.01). Conclusions. Atorvastatin can treat ACS by elevating HSP70 and HSF1 level.
