摘要
4kbit/ s的语音信号编码是 ITU- T正在研究制定的新一代语音编码标准 ,研究目标是为各种不同的应用领域提供一种唯一的长话质量的语音编码。介绍了 ITU- T4kbit/ s语音编码标准的性能要求、应用领域以及最近的研究进展情况。
kbit/s speech coding is the next generation speech coding standard under the development by ITU T.The objective is to offer an unique toll quality speech coding algorithm for wide scope of applications.This paper introduces the performance requirements,applications and recent development of ITU T′s 4kbit/s speech coding standard.
