Analyzing Health Care Providers' Job Preferences by Discrete Choice Experiments: A Literature Review

摘要 介绍了利用离散选择实验研究卫生服务人员工作偏好的背景和理论基础,并通过对国外该领域研究的总结,介绍了离散选择实验方法的主要步骤及研究发现,为国内开展相关研究提供参考。 This literature review introduces the background and theoretical foundation of analyzing the job preferences of health care providers by discrete choice experiments (DCEs). It also summarizes related studies abroad to inform domestic researche~.
