改性空心结构钼酸铁催化丙烯选择氧化

Selective Oxidation of Propene Catalyzed by Modified Ferric Molybdate with Hollow Structure

摘要 采用各类助剂对空心结构钼酸铁纳米管(FeMo-nt)催化剂的表面进行改性,并表征了催化剂的物理化学性质,研究了助剂的助催化机理。实验结果表明,FeMo-nt催化剂表面Mo物种富集,Mo与Fe原子的相互作用较特殊,各类助剂能够调变FeMo-nt催化剂表面活性中心的电子环境;改性后的FeMo-nt催化剂用于丙烯选择氧化反应时,可生成环氧丙烷、丙烯醛与丙烯酸等高附加值丙烯衍生物,且能调变氧化产物的组成。其中,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性的FeMo-nt催化剂能有效抑制完全氧化产物COx的生成,丙烯醛与丙烯酸等高附加值丙烯衍生物的选择性明显增加。 Ferric molybdate nanotubes(FeMo-nt) with hollow structure were prepared based on Kirkendall effect and then modified with various additives. The physicoehemical properties of the modified FeMo-nt and their catalysis in propene oxidation were studied. The results showed that there were Mo species enrichment on the FeMo-nt surface and a special interaction between the Mo and Fe species in the FeMo-nt catalysts. The modified FeMo-nt catalysts exhibited better catalytic performance in the propene oxidation by air than that of FeMo-nt and the product composition could be selectively controlled by using the catalysts modified with different additives. Moreover, the FeMo-nt catalysts modified with aminopropyl triethoxy silane(APS) can effectively inhibit the formation of COx in the oxidation products, which leads to the obvious increase of the yields of valuable propene derivatives, such as acrolein and acrylic acid.
