摘要
分析了HG-1025/17.5-HM35型锅炉热一次风温偏低的主要原因,指出过热系统受热面布置偏多、锅炉容积热负荷偏小和吹灰器投入频率过高是造成热一次风温偏低的主要因素。通过采用提高吹灰器投运周期、提高煤粉细度和改变燃烧器热负荷分配等措施,热一次风温提高20℃左右,从而缓解了由于热一次风温偏低带来的一系列问题。
The cause of lower primary air temperature in HG - 1025/17. 5 - HM35 boiler is analysed. The excessive over-heating surface, the lower furnace volume heat load and too high operating frequency of soot blowers are the main reasons of the problem. By improving soot blowers operation period, changing coal fineness and thermal load distribution to burners, the hot air temperature rea- ches 20 ℃, thus alleviating the problem due to lower primary air temperate.
