摘要 绥电公司二期工程2×1000 MW机组自投产以来,锅炉高温对流受热面多次发生管壁超温现象,严重影响了机组的安全、稳定运行。针对锅炉受热面超温现象,分析了超温原因,煤质变化较大、水煤比自动调节不佳、燃烧调节不佳、启停磨煤机速度过快、干排渣漏风的影响、个别管中流动介质偏少、吹灰器不能正常投运等是造成高温受热面超温的主要原因,并针对超温的原因分析提出了相应解决措施。 Since 2 × 1 000 MW unit of secondperiod project put into operation in Suizhong Power Plant, pipe wall overheating of boiler convection heating surface occurred many times, which badly influences unit operation safety and stability. Aiming at the prob lem of overheating in boiler heating surface, overheating of boiler high temperature heating surface is analysed, the result of which shows that main reasons causing overheating of boiler high temperature heating surface include great change in coal quality, poor auto matic adjustment of water coal ratio, poor combustion adjustment, and frequent starting and stopping of coal mill, and so on. Aiming at the different reasons of overheating, the corresponding countermeasures are Riven.
