摘要
应用微分脉冲伏安法对口恶霉灵在玻碳电极上的伏安行为及其应用进行了研究 .在pH =7.0的醋酸铵底液中 ,对其进行循环伏安扫描 ,发现于 +1 .0 7V(νs.SCE)产生一氧化峰可用于口恶霉灵的定量测定 .该氧化峰的微分脉冲伏安峰电流与口恶霉灵的浓度在 1 .0× 1 0 - 6~2 .0× 1 0 - 3 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系 .实验结果表明 。
The voltammetric behavior of tachigaren was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry on a glassy carbon electrode. In a base solution of NH 4Ac (pH=7.0), a sensitive anodic peak on +1.07?V(νs.SCE) was observed by cyclic voltammetry. The peak shows adsorptive characteristics. The peak current was linear dependence on concentration over the range from 1.0×10 -6 to 2.0×10 -3 ?mol/L, and the relative standard deviation is 1.7% (n=10). The detection limit is 2×10 -7 ?mol/L. The proposed method with simplicity and rapidity has been successfully applied to the determination of tachigaren in soil samples.
