摘要
简要介绍了水稻叶片光氧化的成因,综述了光氧化对叶片色素含量、光合速率、PSⅡ结构、电子传递、光合酶及叶片早衰的影响,重点介绍了目前已经克隆或精细定位的水稻叶片光氧化相关基因,并阐述了光氧化研究对水稻育种的积极意义。还介绍了作者发现的籼型两用不育系812HS的光氧化特性及其显性光氧化基因LPO1的研究现状,并提出了LPO1的定位、克隆设想。
The genesis of rice leaf photooxidation was introduced. The effects of photooxidation were outlined on chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, PS Ⅱ structure, electron transport, photosynthetic enzymes and premature senescence in rice. The leaf photooxidation genes cloned or fine mapped in rice were summarized. The authors also discussed the positive purpose of the research of photooxidation on rice breeding and introduced the photooxidation characteristics of 812 HS, a mutant discovered in 812 S, a photoperiod- and thermo-sensitive genie male sterile in- dica rice line, and the research advances of its dominant photooxidation gene, LPO1 ( Leaf photooxidation 1 ). The plan for the gene mapping and cloning of LP01 and its possible utilization in rice breeding was proposed.
