摘要
本文以双PAP法观察了100例浸润性乳腺癌组织内CEA的分布情况。结果表明:单纯癌、浸润性导管癌、硬癌等癌组织中,CEA阳性率及平均CEA强度均明显高于乳头状癌、髓样癌、髓样癌伴大量淋巴细胞浸润。而癌灶内出血坏死、淋巴细胞浸润及钙化则与癌组织CEA阳性率无关。本资料提示,乳腺癌组织中CEA分布情况与组织学类型有关。
Distribution of CEA in breast cancer tissues was investigated with double-PAP staining on the sections from 100 breast carcinomas. The positive rate and density of CEA in carcinomas of simplex, invasive ductal, and scirrhus types were significantly higher than those in papillary, medullary and medullary with abundant lymphoid infiltration carcinomas. This indicates that the heterogenicity of CEA expression is related to the histological types of breast cancer. However, no relationship was found between the positive rate of CEA with hemorrhagic necrosis, lymphoid infiltration, nor calcification in breast cancer foci.
