摘要
我院自1986年5月以来共施行Miles术后会阴部结肠半套叠、会阴浅横肌移植的人工肛门术87例。术后超过2个月的66例中,63例(95.4％)肛门排便功能已恢复正常。本组术后并发症较少,主要有会阴伤口裂开与人工肛门粘膜外翻,但均治愈。术后排便功能的恢复,在一定程度上要依靠“康复操”的训练与锻炼。
Since May 1986 there were 87 cases of rectal cancer treated by Miles' operation supplemented with perineal artificial anus using the technique of colon wall infolding and transplantation of superficial transverse muscle of perineum. Of the 66 cases observed postsurgically for at least 2 months, 63 cases (95.4％) showed restoration of normal bowel movement. Only a few complications such as dehiscence of perineal wound and protrusion ef artificial anus were encountered but all ended up nicely. The restoration of normal defecation was ascribed much to special training and exercises.
