摘要
本文观察了人γ-干扰素对22例原发性肝细胞癌 (HCC)患者体外NK细胞毒和ADCC细胞毒活性的影响。结果表明,患者的外周血单核细胞(PBMC)经γ-干扰素体外处理后,其平均NK活性由37.09±12.57%增高至55.84±21.89%(P<0.01),平均ADCC活性由39.55±10.79%增高至49.31±20.32%(P>0.05)。10/22例患者的NK活性和4/20例的ADCC活性在γ-干扰素处理后增强了50%以上。14例低NK活性患者中9例在干扰素调节后恢复至正常水平,而19例低ADCC活性的患者中仅3例恢复正常。提示人γ-干扰素可以明显增强HCC患者的天然杀伤肿瘤活性,但对ADCC的促进作用不显著。
The regulative effects of Human Interferon-γ (HuIFN-γ) on the NK and ADCC cytotoxicity activity were observed in 22 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). After treating the PBMC of these patients with HuIFN-γ, the NK activity was increased from 37.09±12.57% to 55.84±21.89% (P<0.01), and the ADCC activity from 39.55±10.79% to 49.31±20.32% (P>0.05) respectively as compared with untreated cells. The NK activity in 10/22 (45%) cases and the ADCC activity in 4/20 (20.0%) cases were enhanced more than 50%. 9/14 cases of low NK and 3/19) cases of low ADCC were restored to normal levels after HuIFN-γ regulation. It is suggested that HuIFN-γ provides remarkable effect in potentiating the activity of NK in cancer patients but poor enhancing effect on ADCC.
