摘要
本文介绍了用双频激光干涉仪和光电瞄准器等组成的因瓦水准尺自动检测系统，着重讨论了用于瞄准宽度大、边缘不规则、尺面波动大的线纹的光电瞄准器，并以实验结果与理论分析进行对比，说明这一系统对特殊线纹尺的检测具有良好的适应性。

This paper describes an automatic testing system for .invar rod which consists of a dual-frequency laser interferometer and a electro-optical sighting device, emphasis is placed on the electro-optical sighting device used for testing divided rod having large sightion width, irregular margin and perceptible fluctuation in face. The perfect compe tence of this system for testing particular divided rod is well illustrated by a comparison between theoretic analysis and experimental results.
