油茶苗木质量分级标准研究 被引量:13

摘要 为了提高油茶出圃苗木质量,规范苗木市场,制定出科学合理的油茶苗木质量分级标准,在湖南、江西、广西等油茶主产区,选取1年生嫁接苗、1年生实生苗、2年生嫁接苗的苗圃9个,采用小样方随机抽样和主成分分析法,调查研究了油茶苗木的苗高(H)、地径(D)、侧根长(L)、叶片数,筛选出苗木质量分级指标。结果表明:苗高、地径和侧根长可作为油茶苗木分级质量指标。油茶苗木质量分级标准为:1年生嫁接苗:Ⅰ级苗H≥15cm,D≥0.25cm;Ⅱ级苗H≥10cm,D≥0.20cm;1年生实生苗:Ⅰ级苗H≥25m,D≥0.30cm,L≥10cm;Ⅱ级苗H≥15cm,D≥0.25cm,L≥7cm;2年生嫁接苗:Ⅰ级苗H≥40cm,D≥0.40cm,L≥15cm;Ⅱ级苗H≥25cm,D≥0.30cm,L≥10cm。 In order to improve the quality of seedlings and standardize the market and formulate scientifically rational standards for seedlings of oil-tea camellia,through method of small sample plot and random sampling and principal components analysis,the seedling height,ground diameter,lateral root length and leave number of oil-tea camellia,which included annual grafted seedlings,annual seedlings and biennial grafted seedlings,were investigated in 9 nurseries distributed in Hunan,Jiangxi and Guangxi.Meanwhile,the indices which could be used for seedling grading were considered.The results showed that seedling height,ground diameter and main root length were employed for the quality guideline of seedling grading.The quality grading standards of the three kinds of seedlings were obtained as following:annual grafted seedlings(seedling height≥15 cm,ground diameter≥0.25 cm as gradeⅠ;seedling height≥10 cm,ground diameter≥0.20 cm as gradeⅡ);annual seedlings(seedling height≥25 cm,ground diameter≥0.30 cm,lateral root length≥10 cm as grade Ⅰ;seedling height≥15 cm,ground diameter≥0.25 cm,lateral root length≥7 cm as gradeⅡ);biennial grafted seedlings(seedling height≥40 cm,ground diameter≥0.40 cm,lateral root length≥15 cm as grade Ⅰ;seedling height≥ 25 cm,ground diameter≥0.30 cm,lateral root length≥10 cm as grade Ⅱ).
