摘要
取患者手指末梢 1滴血制成活血片 ,用超高倍多媒体显微镜 ,直接观察细胞的流变性、红细胞聚集、血小板聚集 .结果表明 :2 5例冠心病患者的红细胞聚集有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,血小板聚集有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;2 3例高血压病患者的红细胞聚集有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5) ,血小板聚集有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;2 2例冠心病并发高血压患者的红细胞聚集有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,血小板聚集有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5) .心血管疾病患者超高倍多媒体显微镜活血分析 ,对早期发现潜在性心血管疾病、早期预防、指导治疗和判断预后均具有重要的临床意义 .
A drop of blood from the finger's tip of the patients with candiovascular diseases was made a living blood slice to observe the rheological property of cells, the aggregation of both the erythrocyte and thro mbocyte by multi-medium TH-microscopy.The results showed that there is a remarkable difference(P<0.01) in the aggregation of erythrocyte or thrombocyte in 25 p atients with coronary heart disease , and so it is with the aggregation of eryth rocyte (P<0.05) or thrombocyte(P<0.001) in 23 patients with hypertension , and with the aggregation of erythrocyte (P<0.001) or thrombocyte (P<0.05) in 22 patients with corona ry heart disease and hypertension. So the analysis of living blood by multi-med ium TH-microscopy in patients with cardiovascular diseases can help with the early diagnosis and detect potential cardiovascular diseases, and also can help with the early preve ntion, early diagnosis and early treatment evaluation of effect on treatment,and the judgement of prognosis for cardiovascular diseases, and have the important clinical si gnificance.
