分析CT在原发性肺淋巴瘤诊断及鉴别中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨CT在原发性肺淋巴瘤诊断及鉴别中的应用。方法回顾性统计分析该院自2007年6月—2012年6月收治的5例原发性肺淋巴瘤患者临床资料,所有患者均经病理证实原发性肺淋巴瘤,5例患者给予多层螺旋CT扫描检查,观察其CT表现。结果 5例患者的CT表现中,1例为肿块型,3例为实变型,1例为小结节型。结论原发性肺淋巴瘤CT表现缺乏特征性,但是确定其存在、范围、分期等的主要手段,提示原发性肺淋巴瘤可能的时候,要积极给予穿刺病理进行确诊。
