摘要
通过对无耗耦合含源介观电路的量子化和体系哈密顿量的对角化 ,计算了压缩真空态下和含源电路基态下电荷、电流的量子涨落 .结果表明 ,介观耦合电路中存在量子力学效应 ,每一回路的量子涨落除决定于回路自身参量外 ,还决定于另一回路的电学参量 ,即两回路中的量子涨落是相互关联的 ;此外 。
The quantum fluctuations of charge and current under the squeezed vacuum state and the ground state with source are calculated by quantizing an active non- dissipation mesoscopic coupled circuitand diagonalizing its Hamiltonian.The results show that there are the effects of quantum mechanics in the circuit,and that the quantum fluctuations of each circuit not only are determined by the self- circuitparameters,but depend on other circuit,i. e,the quantum fluctuations in both circuits are interrelated;in addition,these are related with the states of circuit closely.
