摘要
开启式自定心中心架作为一种特殊附件在数控车床和自动车床上有广泛的应用 ,然而以往的廓线方程都是在一定条件下建立的 ,不能适应参数优化及CAD的要求。通过瞬心法及坐标变换求解开启式自定心中心架平移凸轮廓线 ,得到无约束条件下的方程 ,因而更具有广泛意义 ,为优化设计 。
The open style auto_fix center support used broadly as a particular accessory in numerical control machine tools and automatic achine tools. the equation of the outline of the cam was originally based on some given conditions and could not accommodate the demands of parameter optimize and computer aided design.In this paper, an equation free from the restrictive conditions is obtained by the method of wink center and coordinate transform, which turns out more popular and creates a good condition for optimum design and CAD.
