摘要
研究了制备氯化聚氯乙烯的溶液悬浮氯化新工艺。将质量分数 18%的聚氯乙烯熔液 ,在搅拌速率 140 0r/min下 ,分散在含分散剂质量分数分别为A 0 1%、B 0 0 2 %的水中 ,在压力1.0 4× 10 5Pa ,温度 70℃ ,引发剂质量分数为 0 2 %下氯化 5h ,其产品氯化聚氯乙烯性能接近溶液法 ,并减少有机溶剂用量 50 %左右。
Studies on the new technology of the preparation CPVC.PVC chlorination was carried out by 18% solution dispersing in water and suspension chlorine.Under 1400 r/min,dispersing agent A 0.1%,B 0.02%,initiator 0.2%,pressure 1.04×10 5 Pa,temperature 70℃ reacted for 5 h.The property of the CPVC was close to that produced by the solution method,and the amount of the organic solvent applied was reduced by 50%.
